I could understand that I booked two single beds room but the hotel gave us a king room without any sea view. I can accept that our room was full of ants and the bathroom's sewer was clogged. But I can't stand that it exists a big mouse in our room and it jumped into my sister's luggage!!!
I was informed of this issue when my family went to the airport. I hope the hotel manager could email or contact me soon to talk about the compensation! It was extremely awful and disgusting!

I rarely write long reviews, but I really like the hotels here. Everyone's reviews are very real. Because my husband has some sleep disorders, I wrote an email to the hotel before leaving, and every request was met. The scenery is also very good. The staff here is very friendly and greeted with a smile. The bed is a little hard but very clean. The water pressure is sometimes a little low but within an acceptable range. There is also a refrigerator in the room to freeze my mask and cold water. The air conditioning is also quiet and powerful. The hotel lobby provides free drinks to guests every day. It's great to have a cold chocolate after going out! Most importantly, the location is great! Karon Beach is right outside the door, and it's also super close to the blue bus stop. Overall, it's really good. I really hope to stay a few more days and will come again next time.

Centrally located, only 5-minute walk to both the beachfront and the centre. Friendly staff, nice pools and quiet environment.
