I like this hotel very much. The experience is very good. The service attitude is very satisfactory and friendly. Everything is well arranged. The breakfast is rich and varied. The rooms are cleaned every day.

I booked a king-size bed, but was given two single beds... I was too tired to walk a long way back to change rooms in the middle of the night. Overall, I was quite satisfied with the 6-day stay. Pros: The private beach is very quiet and the sand is of high quality; the restaurant is a bit expensive but it is delicious, and the breakfast is also good. Tennis and squash are extra points, and towels and water can be provided when the administrator is there. Cons: Grab is not allowed to enter the hotel even if it delivers supermarket supplies, so you have to walk to the main entrance; the decoration is relatively old, and the sewer in our room toilet is very smelly most of the time, and the air conditioner needs to be turned on to exhaust; there are many geckos outside, and one time I found one in the room, and I asked the front desk to come and clean it up neatly; the phone in the room rang twice, once at 7 am and once at 3 am. The sharp ring woke me up and I couldn't fall asleep. I went to the front desk, and the young guy shirked all kinds of responsibilities. Seeing that I changed my face, he provided a solution and said that the room phone could be cut off to prevent anyone from calling in; the decoration did not affect it too much, but I couldn't play golf. I am looking forward to the new room after the decoration. I would also like to add that the Thai restaurant outside the hotel is not delicious. I suggest going to the town. Also, don't eat crabs in Phuket. They are all dead crabs. I, a Qingdao native, can't eat them after one bite. It is best to pay cash when taking a Grab. If you bind Alipay, the driver will charge you extra money after you get off the car. You won't find out if you don't check your account (I've encountered this twice).
