To be honest I didn’t like when I requested to change the room that they didn’t accept although I saw many vacancies that day as I booked garden view they give me kitchen or laundry view !!! Plus the way they give u instructions so boring and many person not only one it wasn’t comfortable with me ! And I have to go check my phone everytime to the lobby because they have one blug so , breakfast is wasn’t good not much options and limited means only healthy not for everyone. Location is really hard to find

The hotel has a free shuttle bus to and from Katakalen Beach every hour. The slope at the entrance is very steep and the walk is tiring.
