Very welcoming, very clean, the location is very good, the beach is right outside the door, and the breakfast is delicious! The Christmas tree in the hotel is beautiful, and the staff who checked us in and out were also very nice. Nana, Ploy, and Mook were very nice!

I had seen this hotel on Xiaohongshu and was looking forward to it. The room I booked was also a family room with direct access to the swimming pool. When I checked in, the front desk staff said that if I took something from the hotel, it would cost extra. Drinking an extra bottle of water would cost 300 baht. Okay *I understand what I said before, but the service of this hotel is completely out of line with this price. Can you imagine a family hotel in 2024 without children's toiletries? What's even more annoying is that the cleaning service is very perfunctory! After a day of playing, we thought it was not cleaned. Later we found that the trash can was overturned. The bed was made. The disposable items, bath towels, and towels in the bathroom were not updated on the first day. The only thing that was changed was the green bath towel after swimming. Compared with the Courtyard Marriott Hotel in Patong where I stayed for the first three days, it was too different! The breakfast was not as rich as the Courtyard, and it was not delicious!
