Karon Beach is much better than Patong, much quieter and without a lot of messy shops. The beach is also much cleaner. If you need to, just call a car to Patong. Children love swimming pools, and the family room I bought has a balcony that has access to the swimming pool. However, breakfast for children costs 350 baht per person. There is nothing delicious and the food is the same every day. Don't eat the dinner buffet. It's too expensive, tastes terrible, and there's not much food. We originally wanted to order some food, but we were tricked into buying the buffet. They had too many guests and didn't have time to cook, so they tricked us into eating the buffet. The curtains in the room broke as soon as they were pulled, and the red wine glass broke when my mouth touched it, almost cutting my mouth. When we first arrived at the hotel, a security guard asked us not to take our luggage and put it directly at the door to go through the formalities first. We thought he was going to help us push the luggage upstairs with the luggage trolley, but when we came back from the formalities, one of our luggages was lost and no one was there to check it. The person responsible finally said that the luggage was taken away to the airport. Fortunately, the luggage was recovered later, but the child could not swim all afternoon and had to wait.
