This hotel is excellent, located right next to the beach, and it features two large slides along with smaller ones for younger kids. However, not all pool access rooms have direct access to the water slide area; some require a walk to get there.
The cleaning service could use improvement. We woke up around 9:30 AM, and the cleaning staff rang the bell to ask if we were available for our room to be cleaned. When we requested that she return later, she used her phone to translate into English, explaining that there were several checkouts and she couldn't clean our room at that time. She then asked if it was okay to just change the towels and take out the trash. This suggests that the hotel may be understaffed.

I reserved the swimming pool direct access room. The kids are very happy. The room is big and nice. My whole family enjoyed the moment at the hotel. Highly recommended if you are bringing your kids there.

I was scared by the bad reviews before I went. Maybe I'm not a very demanding person. I think the hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, the swimming pool meets the needs of children, and I didn't find it unfriendly to Chinese people. The massage parlor next to 711 is also very comfortable.
