I've stayed at this hotel in Phuket two or three times, but after this one, I probably won't choose it again.
We booked a first-floor room with direct pool access. There was a small door in the room that opened to the door next door, which was quite concerning for privacy. Even worse was the soundproofing. At 1 or 2 a.m., I could clearly hear the neighbors pulling out tables, pushing beds together, and even scolding their children. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep.
The breakfast wasn't as good as before, with a noticeably smaller variety. Furthermore, when I checked in that evening, there was only one person at the front desk, and no one showed me to my room. I was only given one room card, without even a card holder, and the card didn't even have my room number on it. During a full-screen English listening comprehension test, I had two rooms, Room 108 (A/B), and ended up opening the wrong door next to each other. It was so embarrassing. After having stayed there several times before, this experience was such a huge difference. I probably won't be returning.

1.規定死板：
安排不合理。我和父母、兩個孩子，安排4層、1層2個房間，下午5點來的，前台説沒房間！讓換相近樓層都不行。但是網上當天很晚都能預訂，並沒有訂完房，感覺前台説話不實在。衹會説no。
小孩收費650豬。我是一個大人帶11歲、13歲兩個孩子，兩晚加收費1300豬，跟前台説不加床而且第三天早上六點就退房趕飛機不吃早飯是否可以不收費，但是前台説酒店規定不同，就是要收。跟前幾天住的ozo酒店沒法比。按金600元一間，兩間還要1200元，還好帶了人民幣。帶孩子的不建議住，性價比不高。
2.硬件：一樓黴味很大，父母住的4樓環境好很多。空調很響，第一晚洗臉盆和浴缸下水蓋子都壞了。前台小哥馬上過來幫忙，徒手挖出來，跟我講不要按太下去。
跟隔壁是聯通房，隔壁燈能從門縫看到，晚上隔音不好，感覺樓上、隔壁、門外到處都有聲音，沒有睡好。
3.軟件：床品、浴巾都很舊，浴巾發黑發硬，床單用破了還在用，顏色黑黑的。
4.早餐：沒筷子，早餐比較西式。父母説沒有ozo好，不適合中國胃。
5.位置：位置很好，對面就是海邊。
6.服務：服務人員熱情，態度很好。
綜合：三百多一晚兩人住，如果追求地理位置可以選擇，否則不建議。

The location was great, with a beautiful beach right in front of us. We were able to rent reclining chairs on the beach for 100 baht per person, and we were able to relax all day. The room was larger than we expected, very clean, and the shower was comfortable. Being able to smoke on the balcony was a plus, and we also had a great time at the pool.
...The only drawback was that the elevator was under construction. Climbing the stairs to our room on the fourth floor felt like a workout. Thanks to that, my legs were in great shape by the time we returned home. I wonder if this was a lodging or a fitness camp...lol

I won't go into detail about the room amenities, but beware of mandatory fees! We were a group of five, four adults and a six-year-old child, and we booked two standard rooms. Upon check-in, they demanded an additional 150 yuan per person fee for the child! I clearly stated that my child was young and didn't need an extra bed, but they still charged me and refused to let me check in without payment! I've stayed at so many hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered mandatory per-person fees! After so many days in Thailand, this was the worst experience! Be careful!
