Everything is good except the service. I'm not sure if they didn't work together or not, so they didn't communicate in the team. I booked a room and marked it as my birthday on April 13. The atmosphere in the room wasn't anything amazing, but it was still acceptable because I thought they might have forgotten. I booked it several days in advance. But when it was time to check out, I told the staff who checked me in at first that I would check out early the next morning, around 5 am, so I wouldn't be able to eat the breakfast buffet at 7 am. They said they would provide sandwiches, but when I came down to check out, it would have to be another shift. The other staff didn't know anything about it, that's all. I felt disappointed.
