Because it is a new house, I am a little worried about the air quality. The air conditioner is noisy. There is a forest behind, and there are mosquitoes when the doors and windows are open.

Excessively expensive for what it is. I was a little disappointed. For less than half of the price, I had a much better room in Phuket town.
