The room itself is old and tired, but that is why the price for this hotel is inexpensive, the location of the hotels is not bad, very close to the sea. Of the minuses, I want to note that the water is in glass bottles. This is very bad and unsafe. I also had a window, opposite it was a neighboring building, some kind of corridor with apartments, where people often walked and it was uncomfortable, because it still seemed that someone could see me, even if there was tulle and plus the sun, absolutely did not get into my room. The water pressure was good, the service is very good. They are very friendly people and the elevator was very dirty and smelled terrible, as if someone died there.

First day, AC was not work. I informed their front desk and goes to dinnner. Then I reached hotel and see no one in front desk. I sleept without AC and very hot weather. Next day even they not feel sorry for last night experience. Next day extra charges for room change. As like AC going automatic turned off frequently even timer is off. Their Room card was not works next day. I was tried and come from outside. Same like before, no front desk person, no emergency phone number, no response. They even not feel sorry for their service.

Good location. Near to beach and food street good breakfast included but bathroom has not door lock system. It should be and took card key was bear to expire…

The room was bad and awful. We asked for a change and were given another awful, awful room. We said let's pay the difference and give us a good room. We paid an extra 3000 BHT and stayed in a double air-conditioned room for 3 nights.
