我都無語了，非常差的房間……實物和照片完全不符，我跟朋友也是連夜跑出來訂了其他酒店的房間，因為小哥一開始幫我們搬行李了服務給高一點點吧。
首先沒有電梯，來回爬樓梯，房間感覺很陰森像**，還有壁虎蜘蛛各種小蟲子，酒店身處在一個衚衕裏吧，外面電線吱吱啦啦響非常不安全
其次，退款方面酒店完全不尊重消費者權益，我們衹是放了一下行李出去吃了飯，回來呆了不到十分鐘就看到了壁虎要求退訂三晚，但是還是強行被扣了一晚的房費

I came here once, which went very well, that's why I came back. It will be the last time. I booked a garden-side room. They told me they would upgrade me. I ended up on the first floor. The room was dark and dirty. I was really disappointed.
Despite that, there are some lovely people on the staff, the breakfast team. A special mention goes to one of the guards at the cabin at the hotel entrance. He comes out to greet you every time you pass by, polite and smiling. It's a real pleasure to meet him every time you leave.
However, I had a drink at the pool bar, an iced tea. It was tasteless and not fresh. I feel like they gave me a used tea bag to make my disgusting, undrinkable iced tea.

Deevana Patong is definitely a hotel worthy to live in, it is having a very big area which u can explore, 4 swimming pools, gym, spa, and a forest!
The best thing is it’s quite and just 1 km away from the crowded area.

Lovely staff and comfortable amenities. Great location close enough to the shops, restaurants and night life but far enough to be peaceful. We had a wonderful stay thank you.
