Hotel with outdoor entrance.
We were assigned the villa with a pool shared between 4 apartments.
Very convenient location, close to several convenience stores and a few meters from the beach where you can find many stalls for food and shopping.

Pros: location in the best part of Patong, polite staff. The rooms have everything, 4 bottles of water is a great solution. The room is large, made in neutral calm colors. Large balcony and a beautiful view!). Nice and stylish area with a swimming pool. Cons: furniture needs restoration, the air conditioning system is old, works poorly (either cold or stuffy)

The hotel has fairly new facilities and looks nice. The breakfast is very complete and you can find food for all types of cultures. The location of the hotel is good, it is in the middle of the island and it is good for moving from one end to the other of the island (due to traffic I do not recommend staying at one end if you want to explore the whole island). It is true that the Patong area is where you will find all the atmosphere of the island, Bangla Street is 1 km from the hotel and if you do not like the outdated atmosphere or seeing things that may be unpleasant it is better to avoid that area, it is relatively close but not that much. In short, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Quality \ price quite good.

Very satisfied, it is on the edge of the most lively place in Patong, so it won't be noisy at night, safe and quiet. Also, don't book the basic room type, which is equivalent to the annex building. The whole hotel is quite grand and the experience is very good
