Location is very good, 5-7mins walk down to patong beach. 7/11 across the road with lots of restaurants and massage places around, but still not loud from the bang la road noise.
Breakfast could have been better, rooms are spacious but felt a little basic. Bathroom lights dim. Staff are good

Hotel with outdoor entrance.
We were assigned the villa with a pool shared between 4 apartments.
Very convenient location, close to several convenience stores and a few meters from the beach where you can find many stalls for food and shopping.
