定了酒店的泳池直通房，房間陽台外面帶一個小小的泳池，並有一個門聯通到外面的大泳池，玩水很方便。一樓房間比較潮濕，但面積挺大的，浴巾什麼的不能帶出房間。到的晚上比較晚，前台不是很熟練，check-in花了一些時間。早餐不功不過，三天還是有換一些菜的。酒店住的外國人比較多，出門不遠就是拉崴海灘，出海去珊瑚島比較方便。

I really liked the pool-accessible rooms. The front desk spoke excellent English, making communication seamless. They were very welcoming and provided a detailed explanation of the shuttle bus. They also reminded me to keep an eye on my children because they had pool access. Since I was going to Rawai to go to the beach and the seafood market, the hotel's location was perfect. There's a 7-Eleven right outside the hotel, making it close to the beach. There's also a shuttle to Ya Niu and another beach. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but it's not a major issue.

My son and I stayed at Rawaii Palm Beach Resort for a month. Our stay was very pleasant. It is a great place for families . My so met lots of kids to play with. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The only problem we had staying there was the WiFi connection didn’t always work properly in our room. The manager quickly sent someone from IT to try to resolve the problem. I definitely would stay again.
