We lived with our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) in a family room on the fifth floor. The room was very comfortable for us: it was made as a single room, but there was a screen separating the adults' sleeping area; the bathroom was in the middle, between the sleeping areas of the parents and children. The view from the window is of the pool and the sea. The pool is gorgeous. There is a spacious balcony. Upon request, they changed everything that was needed, the staff is responsive. The bar in the room is paid. The location is great: Rawai beach is for walking, Nai Harn beach is for relaxing, Yanui beach is for snorkeling - we swam with masks. The breakfast was wonderful, there was enough of everything, an abundance of fruit. There are many small shops nearby. Once a week they served dinner (buffet) for 450 baht per person - very good. We left tips.

Ideal for those who want to stay in a quiet place. There are no nice beaches nearby where you can swim. The hotel takes you to the beach by shuttle. There is a deposit penalty for everything in the hotel, this is disgusting, it makes you feel uncomfortable. The pool is big, the breakfast is good. Near Rawai beach, Prom-Thep cave (sunset). Staff is very polite and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Traditional style hotel. In my view, I do not recommend for elder person coz, the path to the room is a slope.

We liked the hotel, we change several hotels during one trip, so we have something to compare with in one season.
We had a huge room with a bathroom in the hallway. Everything is in Thai style, not new, but they take care of everything. Cleaning every day, sometimes they forget to put small towels. When we asked to change broken light bulbs, they responded immediately and fixed it. The room has a minibar with a canister of drinking water, which is very convenient.
We lived in the far building - when checking in and out, we were taken with our luggage by tuk-tuk.
There is a free shuttle from the hotel to the beaches of Yanui and Nai Harn. We rate the breakfasts at 4 - the choice is small, but you can always choose something to eat.
The hotel is very cozy, despite the large number of residents, there is no feeling of a crowd, privacy is preserved. There are no parties or noisy companies near the pools. The pools are cool, there is a shallow children's pool with a sandy beach. There is a gym, but, unfortunately, there is no massage inside the hotel.
