It's not quite as advertised. The room is quite dark and has a slight cigarette smell. When the housekeeper came to clean, I couldn't ask for any additional items, but I could ask the receptionist. I'm confused. The receptionist provided good service and was cute. The hotel doesn't have a microwave. There's none in the room or in the common area. I couldn't ask the staff to microwave it because there wasn't one.

The hotel is in a good location, with convenient parking and easy transportation. However, this time I stayed there, I was very disappointed because the air conditioner was not cool all night long. The air conditioner was loud all the time and the water was flowing. The air conditioner was very old. The bathroom should be renovated because when I checked in, there was still water on the bathroom floor, the ceiling was swollen, and the walls were moldy. The tissue box should be changed because it was old and rotten. When I checked out, the morning staff was not friendly. They used an inappropriate tone when asking customers questions and responded to customers in a dissatisfied manner…. I was not impressed with this stay at all.
