The hotel's location is superb. It's incredibly clean, and the owner and staff are very welcoming. There's so much fun nearby. Everything you could possibly want is there. It's pure joy. The security is incredibly good, beyond words. The people are incredibly welcoming and polite. It's more relaxing than at home.

1). The receptionist never warned us about the noise next door having renovation. Just imagine drilling next door from 8 am to 5 pm. They should never let the guests stay there in this situation. I have travelled almost half of Asia and Europe and left reviews positively but this is first time it’s simply wow.. this is my second time in Thailand and had never experienced like this anywhere.
2). The bed is hard with big metal springs cover with thin layer of cloths. Very cheap..
3). The bed has nail sticking out next to mattress. The bed larger than mattress. (Stylish) which thankfully only scratched my toe.
4) the receptionist who is not a native Thai, was nowhere to be seen when we went to ask for solutions to change the room.
