Good location, not far from Bangla Road, walkable. Can walk to Patong Beach but a bit far. On the way back, have to take a motorcycle taxi back. There are many restaurants near the hotel. Near 7-11 and massage shop ⛱️ In the center of Patong. The accommodation is okay, not bad.

We stayed at the hotel from 7-20.11.24, there are problems with water in the hotel, there were a couple of days when there was simply none, and make sure that when you enter, when you make a deposit, they give you a piece of paper to suggest funds, we missed this moment and as a result, we did not return 1000 baht. The location is excellent, there is a chic restaurant Georgia nearby, the room is cleaned every day, and as always, Thailand is wonderful.

If you don't want to spend your vacation in a dump, then don't book this hotel under any circumstances! I'm not a picky tourist, but this is just trash! I don't understand why such hotels continue to be sold, if they are being renovated, close them and renovate them! Why should a tourist have to endure such inconveniences on vacation! After I booked, literally the next day, a review appeared with a photo that the hotel grounds were simply destroyed. I started calling Trip com support, they contacted the hotel, and they assured me that the problem had been "fixed". The booking was non-cancellable, so I couldn't cancel it, but I calmed down. And in vain! In fact, upon check-in, this is what happened! They offered to exchange me for a room with a view of the road (standard), but the room there was smaller and worse! In general, in all 10 years of my travels around Thailand, this situation has happened for the first time. I'm shocked! Trip com couldn't do anything! As moral compensation they gave 1500 Tripcoin. And the hotel was "for sale" and still is.

Location great close to all amenities but the staff not friendly at all .there is no pool .the reason I stay at top patong resort because they say h
ave the swimming pool .but no pool big disappointment there
