The best service goes to cleaning lady .
The worst service goes to reception upon checked in , Not even inform any information like you can just sign register and get a key card that very difficult to get for 2 people . My friend , she come back at night time was looking for reception but no one there . Only security at the front door even she was asking since the afternoon for another keys but they let some staff open the door instead of giving her another one .
