Lovely owners, good place to stay location wise not far from patong and they rent bikes 250bht which is a good price

We really liked the hotel, it was clean and quiet, a family of 3 was comfortable in the room! All the major shopping centers are nearby.

pros: large bed with a hard mattress. all toiletries available. location on a quiet street. large balcony where you can sit and relax.
you can take a mat for the beach.
drinking water and tea coffee were renewed every day. cleaning in the room also every day.
cons: the room smelled terribly, we were worried about our health. The smell was coming from the cabinets the most. and this smell is throughout the hotel.
there is no hot water in the sink, only cool.
the room was quite dusty upon check-in, we had to wipe it ourselves.
small TV, no internet and no YouTube.
the furniture in the room was tired.
when checking in, the sewage in the sink was leaking, but the owner quickly came and fixed it.
p.s. if you stay for 3-4 days, and for 2.5k a night, then it's quite good.

I was on holiday with my wife. We are delighted with the room. Spacious, clean and bright. Excellent balcony. It is located in a quiet area, but everything you need is nearby. The bed linen is magical! Thank you!
