The Prince Edouard is a luxury aparthotel, on the hill north of Patong Beach at 80 m above sea level. The Prince Edouard offers large apartments (from 83 sqm to 260 sqm each) with panoramic view over the ocean, the mountains and the city down. It is a very quiet place, still nearby the busy city center of Patong Beach (2 km). The beach is 1.5 km walking distance, but the road is quite steep, we advise our customers to rent a car or a motorbike (can get from hotel), it will give you the freedom to go everywhere on the island.
The Prince Edouard is fitted with a large pool with child area, fitness center, sauna and massage rooms, a meeting room and restaurant whrere we serve breakfasts. The buildings are modern Thai style, apartments have a large terrace semi covered, the decoration is luxury. Some apartments have real antiques. The two four floors buildings are fitted with underground garage and lift.

Excellent hotel. I recommend the room with two bedrooms on the 4th floor, the room is like in a museum and the sea view is amazing. The administrator helped with renting a bike. The family is happy

I can’t make a judgement about the quality of the rooms because I showed up there around 11:45 and the place was completely vacant, lights off and everything. Knocked on the door and tried to call the number multiple times. It started thunder storming so I had to book a room somewhere nearby and walk there. They refused to refund me and stated that their cctv records show that I was there conveniently after midnight, which is a lie because I had called them before midnight.

Fantastiskt boende. Barnen fick eget rum. Dubbla ac. Underbar utsikt mot havet. Bra fräsch pool med djup del. Det är en bit ner till staden och stranden, men var ett perfekt boende för oss. Det bästa under vår resa summerar jag det som.

I booked a deluxe suite with whirlpool bath. When I arrived I was told the room was not ready. The next day I was moved to a standard double room. When I asked about the room I booked I was told it was occupied and that the bath did not work anyway. When I checked out I forgot my charger and wash bag in the room I called them and had a friend who lives nearby go to collect them only fro them to say nothing was left in the room. Thieves in every sense of the word. The location is also terrible at the top of a very steep hill. I repeat DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Fast check-in, not in your face service, host Anasura available if any issues by phone, room/apt was huge, cool, smart TV, good WiFi, wide window/door frontage, chairs + loungers × 2, quiet, up the hill (good aerobic exercise), swimming pool, kitchen facilities for self catering. No. 6 restaurant 100m up hill and breakfast inc. eggs any style, toast, butter/jam, watermelon, tea/coffee and yoghurt. Bottom of hill 7/11 & before end on right outdoor shop selling beer anytime vs. restricted hours. Bathroom and related fittings probably due for renewal due wear and tear, decor etc. fine; no restaurant running except breakfast, but No. 6 nearby up hill.
