A gorgeous hotel. Beautiful room, excellent service. Breakfasts are also normal, there is something to eat. No living creatures, not even mosquitoes. Pool with jacuzzi. Not far from the sea, 7eleven is nearby. So everything is great.

The hotel is within walking distance to Kata Beach. It takes a short walk. The location is OK. There is also a night market nearby, which is only a few minutes away by taxi. The room is quite big and the hygiene is OK, but there are a lot of ants. There are ants on the balcony, on the floor and on the table. You can only spray insecticide in the room and cannot light mosquito coils, which is quite distressing. The breakfast is barely OK. You can't ask for too much at this price.

Everything is perfect in the hotel, cleanliness, cleaning, the pools are all perfect, there are 4 pools, all on different floors, the breakfast buffet is varied, we first lived in this hotel, then moved to another, but we still had a week left and everyone decided to come back here. It is located far away from the beach, 15-20 minutes to walk, the guys went by bike, rarely went, only to swim before breakfast.
