Nice hotel, not 5 stars of course, but everything is at a good level. It is located 50 meters from Kamala Beach. Cleaning is high-quality, daily, the room is clean. 7leven, pharmacy, cafes are 15 meters from the hotel. We did not take breakfast, we ate in different cafes on the beach.

Location is good, with many eateries shop n 7-11. Massage parlour everywhere. Room furniture is old n bathroom drainage isn't flowing smooth.. When u shower, the water ain't going away. Dirt from the drainage pops up. Spoke to the maintenance guys about this matter but they ignored..
Breakfast is horrible.. Most of my day r out exploring.. So only bck to room for sleeping n cleanup... Overall... It's OK..

The hotel is located on the first line, the rooms are spacious, there is an exit to the pool (this is a separate attraction for children and positive emotions, but there is a smell of dampness in such rooms (this is natural), however, all the delight from the terrace with an exit to the pool covers the minus of humidity in the room. There are many cafes nearby, the prices are moderate, but if you go further from the coastline, the prices for the same dishes will be much lower. The beach is wide, the sand is soft, clean, you can use sun loungers for an additional fee.

A Tourist Trap – Trip.com Should Remove This Hotel. Trip.com did make a genuine effort to help me. They contacted the hotel on my behalf and tried to negotiate a refund after I reported serious issues. Unfortunately, the hotel refused — and it quickly became clear why.
Princess Kamala Beachfront Hotel is a complete tourist trap. They pretend to “solve” problems by switching rooms, but all rooms are in equally poor condition: broken or noisy air conditioning, unclean facilities, and zero concern from staff. The truth is, there’s no way to fix these issues, and they know that — which is exactly why they hide behind a strict no-refund policy.
Instead of doing the right thing, the hotel focuses on defending itself and avoiding responsibility. I feel like a total sucker for having trusted this place, and I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels this way after staying there.
My strong recommendation to Trip.com: remove this property from your platform. It damages the trust your users place in your listings and harms the experience of international travelers.
