The hotel already needs repair (rooms and swimming pool) in the room there is not enough light in the evening, mold on the ceiling near the air conditioner. Breakfasts are good. Close to the sea and entertainment

Talent Hotel charges money for everything and no receipts

The location is really great. We always stay in this area, near the Malin Plaza market. No noise from the road was heard on the territory. 7/11 across the street. We waited until 2:00 PM to check in. They said at the reception that if you want it earlier, then for an extra fee. Despite waiting for the room to be cleaned, the room turned out to be very dirty. Everything looked fine, but we washed the floors both in the room and on the balcony, wiped all the surfaces and chairs, which were also all dirty. Every time we went to the bathroom, we found 1-2 cockroaches. It was unpleasant to live in anticipation of a new find. The towels are smelly, there is no other way to say it. The hotel is 4 stars, there should be 2 small and 2 large towels. Instead, every day there were either just 3, or all large towels. I think the rooms should be prepared better) I had an improved room for 43k for 7 nights. And also during the rain the room leaked a lot and not only water but also some dirt flowed down the wall. So it didn't look very safe near the sockets. The breakfasts were great! A lot of respect to the chef. Very tasty and varied. The dishes changed every day, as did the fruits. Seafood was always a must. The pool is great! The only downside is the cold water because of the shade. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, of the pool, the mountains. Overall, the hotel is good. There are some downsides that need to be worked out and it will be just great! Then I would return to this hotel
