Séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel. Accueil chaleureux dès notre arrivée, un personnel souriant et disponible pour répondre à toutes nos demandes. La chambre spacieuse, propre et parfaitement équipée avec une excellente connexion wifi. Le lieu est très agréable et surtout très calme. Location de scooter sur place. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel ++ et y reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain voyage à Phuket

J ai séjourné dans cet hôtel à Patong et je ne peux le recommander à 1000%. Hôtel calme, les chambres étaient impeccables, spacieuses et bien équipées, un joli balcon avec une belle vue sur la jungle, ambiance Zen..La piscine est agréable pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie...Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et professionnel toujours prêt à répondre à nos besoins .Le service ménage était de très bonne qualité. En résumé, c est un excellent rapport qualité prix et un endroit où je reviendrais sans hésiter ... Mercis à toute l équipe de Ratana Hill

We’ve booked a room from Jan 31 to Feb 8th and when we arrived to the hotel last night, nobody was at the reception. We called many times but nobody answered. We were tired so we stayed the night next to the swimming pool with the insects around. We’ve been waiting since 2 am and it’s 7:43 am and nobody has shown at the reception. How should we trust the hotel for the rest of our stay?

Isolated from everything. I booked for three days but had to leave after one night! No refund! There is no food, no drinks, not even coffee or breakfast in the hotel, and you have to take a taxi to the nearest store about 2 km away. It is not possible to walk because of a very steep climb to and from the hotel because it is on the top of a mountain. When I ordered a taxi, the receptionist offered himself in his private car and demanded the full price of a taxi 300 baht. Stay away!

Un super spot pour chiller avec piscine, j y suis 1ller avec ma femme , c était d enfer , il y avait des parents français un peu pénible sale et vulgaire avec leurs 3nfants . I’come with my wife in this very lovely place thanks to ratana hill staff, to all crew menbers staff hotel

My experience at Ratana Hill Patong was remarkable. The warm welcome and hospitality of the staff made my stay pleasant. The rooms, spacious and clean, offer a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills. The bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect : close to Patong's main attractions, yet far enough to ensure peace and tranquility. The pool is ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast, varied and delicious, as well as the restaurant, offer excellent cuisine. In short, Ratana Hill Patong exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and will return without hesitation on my next trip to Thailand.

Very warm welcome and very attentive staff available and very professional The hotel is very pleasant with all amenities, the rooms are very spacious with kitchenette, the swimming pool is a real pleasure. Very good value for money I had an excellent holiday and best of all I had the opportunity to rent a scooter on site I highly recommend
