The room is clean. Our family of 5 got a large room with complete electrical appliances. The price is not expensive. I recommend this place. But it is far from Patong Beach. It is tiring to walk to the beach. Overall, it is good for a family room. There is also a swimming pool to play in.

Bedbugs every where in all the rooms. N kitchens smell was soo horrible omg. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Stayed in January 2024. Rented a duplex for 10 people. Very inconvenient. Dirty, like in all hotels in Thailand. One toilet and shower, only on the first floor. The hotel is not for Russians. The refrigerator is dirty and freezes everything into ice. The air conditioner is old, blows on the bed. It is impossible to adjust. Cleaning is terrible, the floors are not washed at all. Dear administration, you need to move all the furniture and wash the floors!!!! If you walk without slippers, your feet are black from dirt. Perhaps it was better in a standard room. But the duplex is not for a large family. And not for that kind of money. If it were cheaper, you could put up with the inconvenience. Banzan is nearby. It takes 20-30 minutes to walk to the sea.
