The Guest House

They settled us in the green building. It is located in the Burmese ghetto, the whole building is occupied by migrant workers with children. The room was the farthest on the 3rd floor, so we had to go through the Burmese tavern. The entrance and passage are very inconvenient, the block is in a dead end. There was parking. The room itself is more or less, the air conditioner worked, but the surroundings... The price is certainly low, but I would never have settled here, knowing from the beginning.

Good budget accommodation. We stayed with a family of four for 2 nights. We had a late check-in, contacted the owner via WhatsApp, checked in quickly and without problems. Clear instructions and directions on how to get there and check in on your own, where to eat after the road. Communication with the owner is just excellent. The accommodation is located near the market, everything else is also nearby, everything is very quickly walking distance, a very good location. Everything you need is also in the room, what else does a tourist need? There is a refrigerator, microwave, cups, plates, forks, spoons. There is also a balcony where you can sit in the evening, air conditioning. The room was clean, the next day in the morning they also came to clean, but we said no need, we have not littered yet, they brought water and paper and took out a garbage bag. For such a budget money, this is just a super option, we were very pleased. Two days later we sailed to the islands, but we will return to Phuket to this hostel before flying out for a longer period. If you want super-duper amenities, book for a lot of money, for crazy money, and it is not a fact that it will be good there. Here you can easily live for more than a week or more. I will say again that the location is just super, to the market, Jungceylon, Big C, exchange offices no more than 5 minutes walk.

Interesting experience. I lived alone in a room for four with two double beds. When I arrived at the hotel, the girl took me on a bike 700 m from the real Guest House, to the house where, as I understand, such rooms for a large number of people are located. Then I found this place on the map. It is called The Guest House Villa and Bungalows. So be careful. It is convenient that there is a private kitchen: a microwave, pots and even two electric stoves. You can cook without any problems, I have not tried) In short, for a few nights, and also if there are four of you, then this is generally an ideal option for pennies. Yes, the bed linen has seen time, the repair is also of interesting quality, so what?)
