非常好 部分海景的海也很不錯（p3）
入職第一天還贈送了漂浮下午茶（p1）
酒店的前台和高空bar也很值得一試
如果風浪好還有免費的浮潛和皮划艇

المكان جميل و هادي بس فيه بعض الملاحظات الي هي تسجيل دخول إلى الفيلا تأخرو عن الساعه ٣ و فيه حشرات بس يمكن مو موقع الفيلا او سو التنظيف بس المكان و الاطلاله حلوه جدا

預訂前發現評分低是有道理的！
1. 辦入住， 下午2點到店， 迎賓水毛巾給了對面後到的客人，直接忽略掉了我們， 後來自己問要的～ 很陰陽的感覺。當時沒給房想着正常， 在公區玩了會，3pm左右回大堂，比我們早的客人都取到房卡用小車把他們送走了幾波人。 等到3點半最後一個拿到，大堂此刻衹剩我們。（生氣20%）
2. 小車送房間路上， 後面行李箱直接被震飛出去後從山坡上滾到山腳……. （生氣60%）
3. 將近4點到房間…. 房間還沒打掃好！ ok 換房間，換了個工地吊車景房！！！！！
（生氣90%）
員工也慌了…….. 繞了一圈回到打掃的那個房間（天都開始黑了）
整個入住辦理過程非常不專業，就是個民宿吧
房型： 訂的是高灣泳池別墅套的 ，給了個基礎房間。
（一羣不專業的人給的非預訂的房型，就是個基礎房非高灣，且樹遮擋，也不高，餐廳後面上幾個樓梯）
設施：維護欠佳（畢竟不是國際連鎖品牌運營）
衞生：房間內衞生一般（毫無心情在意，心累了）
公區衞生臟臟的
服務： 3個字“不專業 ” ，草台班子？陰陽怪？
建議： 能不住就別住，普吉好酒店很多～
當天要求取消換酒店，被酒店方玩陰陽。得虧就住一晚。 非常不推薦…
早餐：87分 （餐飲比較滿意，種類較多） ，其餘0分。
