Otherwise, the staff was very, very friendly.

Overall, the experience has been positive. The location was close to the airport, the national
Park and Nai Yang Beach. A market is nearby, 10 minutes away, where you can purchase good local food.
The room was big, and a personal pool was included. However, I couldn’t use the pool much as insects, especially mosquitoes, were around. I was bitten at least five times on the first night I arrived. The staff has offered several solutions to solve this matter. I wouldn’t recommend staying in the pool villa if you get mosquito bites easily. The facilities in the room is however well designed, especially the bathtub. The tv had all these apps included such as Netflix and Disney plus.
The breakfast was great. It had variety of dishes to choose. I liked how they offered egg benedicts, scrambled eggs, omelettes etc.
The service of the staff has been hit and miss. Some staff were extremely friendly and helpful while there were some who weren’t experienced with handling customers. This hotel offers their personal app which you can contact directly. Most of the time, they haven't responded back quickly enough therefore I chose to approach the relevant staff in person. The spa on the other hand have been very responsive.
The spa has been great. I liked how they offered a 20% early bird discount. Shine and Nio were professional with their jobs. I went for two treatements. The body massage was great but the indian head massage could have been better.
Overall I had a great time at this hotel. The service needs a bit more improvement which I believe they can resolve quickly ☺️ I would really suggest in the future if the hotel can offer free drinks including alcohol.

Nice hotel, very polite staff, we were lucky, they were able to check us in early. Welcome drink - one love 😍. There is a park nearby, you can walk to the beach with planes in the shade. We walked from the airport in half an hour. The hotel itself is very nice, greenery everywhere 🌿. Breakfasts are a bit monotonous, but overall delicious. We stayed for 3 nights, we liked it. Everything is fine in the room, even nice, but we were surprised that there was only 1 hook 🪝 for towels in the whole room, we had to use tables, an armchair and other surfaces. It was disappointing that the air conditioner hangs in such a way that cold air blows directly onto the bed and head. We had to turn it off, then the air did not move. Slippers, robes and a beach bag are provided, quite convenient to use. The restaurant serves delicious food, it may be a little more expensive than in neighboring places, but the quality of the food and the cozy atmosphere are worth it.

This was our third time at the hotel. It is unclear how they give out villas, last year we booked a standard, this year a grand, but they still gave us villa 121. In 2020 we stayed in a grand villa 111. This year the breakfasts were much better, there are no more cockroaches, last year there were a lot. The hotel and its location are its greatest asset. I plan to return next year after my trip to Lanta.

The living area size are the same for both grand pool and pool villa which is not spacious enough for more than 2 persons. They missed the bills when we check out and charg8my credit card without notice. It is very unsatisfactory.

Beautiful villa and close to the airport, less than 8 mins drive.
Had a morning departure flight, so we shifted down from Patong area to Dewa and no regrets!
The Classic floating breakfast is sumptuous!
