Decoze is off the main road but close enough to walk and enjoy Kathu. The balcony is small but has furniture. Refrigerator only works with the smart key in, but the reception let me leave it in the room. They were very nice and quick with all the transactions. I didn't try the breakfast bc we like Patong Beach for that and it's only 15min Grab ride away, shorter if you take a Grab Scooter. The room has English channels and a desk. No complaints.

The hotel has laundry service (send it to be washed outside) and the price is affordable, but they took the wrong pants for me. I found out many days later, when I was already in Bangkok. I was so angry. Fortunately, the wrong size fits my pants and it is the same brand as my previous pants. I don't know whether to laugh or cry. The hotel is in an alley, which is relatively quiet, but there are many places to eat nearby. There are several Chinese restaurants nearby, Tigger Hotpot and Ciqikou Hotpot are nearby
