The room was clean and immaculate. Staff was accommodating, warm and welcoming. Some amenities are a little dated eg. a small hair dryer, weak water pressure from the shower head but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall great location-very central, clean and friendly staff.

I have to give a thumbs up to the guy at the front desk. He is very nice, attentive and enthusiastic. On the first day we arrived, we didn't know how to order takeout, but he helped us order takeout. The location is also very good.

Location next to the famouse Chartered Bank which every visitors go filming & shooting pictures. So, location is extremely perfect. the surroundings is prime, right at the lively Cafes & picturesque old town. the room we stayed was OK, valued for money spent. service was great.
