When we first checked in and went into the master bedroom I was amazed but when I took a look into the bathroom I saw a bathtub and usually I shower in bathtubs and I loved it but this hotels bathtub was very filthy and I think the water was bit dirty. I was a bit confused at first but when I took a shower in the bathtub and filled it up with water it wasn’t any normal water it was yellow and that was when I realised this water had bacteria so I immediately got out of the bathtub and until then I was still dissatisfied.

The room was very clean and spacious. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They also drove the elderly to nearby restaurants. When we asked about nearby attractions, they were very patient and responded positively. The breakfast was very rich. It was a great stay!

Hotel is a bit aged but considered well maintained.
The reception is at the back of the building (on the right) if you see on-going construction.
Front desk is friendly and will guide you to the respected lift of your hotel room.
10 ~ 15 minutes walk to Phuket old town.
Convenience store is just nearby.

The worst hotel of all time - pillows on which it is impossible to sleep and the worst weak breakfasts, the staff could not even make an omelette with cheese because they did not have cheese. The only plus is the smiling and friendly staff. But this is a hotel in which I slept poorly, so I will not give any positive rating.
