Three of us went with classmates, initially expecting that someone would sleep together, in the end, without any extra charges, they gave us a room with three single beds. In general, very good hosts and really spacious rooms, excellent service, the only nuance is that you will have to walk to the Bangla and the shopping center, especially at night through the outposts of massage shops, but this is not a minus but rather a fun quest. All three of us were very pleased with the room, I advise you to consider this option.

Small family hotel, good location, 5-8 minutes walk to Patong Beach, 10 minutes to Jiangxileng, 5 minutes to several 711, 5 minutes to a cheap supermarket, affordable goods. 5 minutes walk to a night market, no worries about food and drink.
The sanitation is good, the disadvantage is that the bathroom is dark, there is no exhaust fan, and the special room is poorly lit.
There are free instant coffee tea bags and snacks at the front desk.
Overall, this price is not bad in Patong
