The hotel is located on the 1st line, to Karon beach it is really 3 minutes of leisurely walk. The rooms are quite spacious, the bathroom has both a shower and a bath. We had a room with access to the pool, which is very convenient - two steps and you are in your part of the pool. In addition, there is a shared pool with a children's area. Cleaning is daily, not very thorough, but not bad. We were very pleased with the breakfasts - varied and tasty. For breakfast there are always 2 types of soups; traditional Thai and European food, pastries. There is free parking for both a bike and a car. We have never regretted staying at this hotel. We stayed March-April 2025

Our second stay at this hotel was great! It’s right across from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The place was clean and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We’d definitely return!

The hotel is conveniently located, everything you need is nearby. The breakfasts are monotonous, the pool is not cleaned, or I did not see it. The audibility between the rooms is terrible. The room cleaning is good. The hotel can be rated as 3 stars.
