The staff is helpful, but it depends on the shift. There was a girl in one of them, we turned to her with a problem that the key had disappeared from the room, which we left to cool the room when we went out to the store, and when we returned it was not there. Great hotel. Had some issues that was rather quickly resolved by the wonderful staff. Great tub in the hotel which I definitely took advantage of. The music from Bangla Road doesn’t bother you nearly as much as you’d think. Fantastic swimming pool on the roof with a cool bar and restaurant. Definitely worth a visit.

Actually nice hotel, room clean, location is excellent (if you want live near hell called Bangla Road :)). But despite it is not noisy in hotel itself. Good for that price!

The room smells bad when you enter the room. There is only one room card and you can’t open it for a long time to ventilate. It’s too hot to go in after you leave.
