There were many families there, and the front desk and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was buffet style and average but not bad. There was a big street right in front of the hotel, and if you go down one street behind it there was a 7-Eleven, Mini Lotus, a laundry, etc.

The hotel is nice, small, cozy. Cleaning every day. The breakfasts are monotonous, the choice is not big. During 10 days of stay there was never a mango in the fruit assortment)) Not critical, but this is Phuket. The location is of course the biggest minus, here only with a car or a bike. A taxi to any beach will cost a pretty penny. And now a huge fly in the ointment: If you decide to use the bike rental from the advertising stand at the reception - NO WAY!!! We took it for 3 days, a deposit of 2000 baht. In the evening, on the eve of the day of return, we fell with the bike. There were scratches on the mirror and the body. We fell while parking, there is no talk of any significant damage. Early in the morning we had a full-day excursion planned. The parking lot for vehicles is open, there are no barriers or security. We are returning to the hotel, a Thai guy arrived for the bike. And then it all started! He started to claim that we had changed the tire and scratches had appeared on the bike. Of course, we didn't argue about the scratches, we were ready to pay the fine. After watching the video we had recorded before the rental, we were convinced that the tire had been changed. As a result of long arguments that we hadn't changed the tire and numerous requests to answer, what does he want? A new tire? The Thai, who hadn't understood or spoken a single word of English just a minute before, says forty thousand baht! My patience ran out from such impudence in the size of the rip-off! I suggested that he could have freely come and changed the tire himself. I said that I would call the police myself, which he and the hotel receptionist had been threatening us with during the process. By the way, the hotel employee advised us to resolve everything without the police, otherwise it would be more expensive... In general, after I agreed to call the police, the hotel employee gave me other conditions for settling the situation in monetary terms: 2,000 baht of the deposit remains with the Thai + 1,500 baht. These are the kinds of scams that take place in this hotel!
