So, the hotel... The location is undoubtedly its main advantage. Indeed, it is only 5 minutes to the sea at a leisurely pace, which is, of course, a huge plus, especially for vacationers with children or those who do not like long walks under the scorching sun. The beach nearby is clean, well-kept, with a sufficient number of sun loungers and umbrellas. However, this is where the positive impressions, unfortunately, begin to fade. Breakfasts... This is perhaps the hotel's weakest point. Monotonous to the point of impossibility, the choice is small, and the quality leaves much to be desired. Every morning the same thing: scrambled eggs, sausages, rice and tasteless coffee. No variety, no fresh fruit or pastries. But the worst thing that marred our vacation was the bedbugs! A huge number of bedbugs! The nights turned into a nightmare, the bites itched unbearably, and the administration, it seemed, was not particularly worried about this problem, we had to fight it ourselves (we spent a week and a half and about 10 cans of poison on the fight). As a result, instead of rest and relaxation, we got a nervous breakdown and a desire to quickly leave this bedbug-infested place. By the way, they changed our room, but in the new room our friends-bedbugs were waiting for us. The location is, of course, good, but the bedbugs cross out everything.

The hotel is good for its money! Mega convenient location, very close to the beach, and away from the hustle and bustle. The pool is cool, you can sit in it until five in the morning. So feel free to stay here. You definitely won't find a better option for this kind of money. Yes, it's not five stars, so don't expect royal haroms, but they hold their three stars with dignity.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the sea is across the road, there is a 7-eleven nearby, a bus stop (the bus from the airport stops right in front of the hotel), the staff is responsive, when the hygienic shower in the room broke, they immediately came and installed a new Leica, a quiet area, good soundproofing, excellent Wi-Fi - I watched a movie on Light, that's where all the pros end. Now about the cons, and there are more: the first thing that immediately caught my eye was the incredible number of cockroaches, they crawl literally everywhere, in the toilet in the sink, shower, on the bed, on the curtains - it's really disgusting! The safe didn't work, the air conditioner cooled well, but it was completely dead and hadn't been cleaned for 100 years, the air flow direction curtains didn't work, the unit itself was hanging on the balcony, water was dripping from it onto the balcony and it was making such a grinding noise and rumble that it was simply impossible to be on the balcony with the air conditioner on, and it was really noisy in the room because of this, which is why I had to sleep with earplugs, several times blue condensation dripped right in the room and there was a big puddle, plus to everything the doors to the balcony were of the compartment type, one of which didn't work at all and they didn't close completely, there was a gap between them as wide as a finger. The curtains were all dirty with stains and dust, as if someone had blown their nose in them, the linen wasn't sparkling clean either. For 11 nights the bed linen was never changed, the towels were changed twice. Breakfasts are sooooooo poor, you can only eat fried eggs and toast from what's offered, even the vegetables weren't the freshest - cucumbers are overripe, cherry tomatoes are 80% unripe and rotten, greens are unwashed with sand, drinks include tea in bags, 3-in-1 coffee and yuppi - I only went there twice because of excursions, the rest of the time I had breakfast in the city. I lived on the 3rd floor, the windows overlooked garbage dumps, a parking lot, an inner courtyard and mountains. When leaving, I shook out all my things so as not to bring cockroaches home. In general, I only slept in the room. I would only come back if there were no cockroaches, but alas, for me it was just awful. Since I was there in December, there were no other options at this price. This option is for very unpretentious people. The photos on the Internet are photoshopped and do not correspond to reality at all, all the furniture is shabby, as is the plumbing.
