Super bad experience. Service is bad. Breakfast is bad. Facilities are bad. The worst hotel experience ever in any country so far

With this price, you can’t expect too much. The biggest concern is lots of flies and mosquitoes coming in the villa, understand its nature, but the door of the shower place couldn’t close completely, and there is a gap of the toilet door, so all the insects can come in.

Beautiful place. Good service and very clean. ที่พัก กว้างสะอาดเหมาะกับครอบครัวเด็กๆชอบมากเลยค่ะ  พนักงานยิ้มแย้มๆต้อนรับตอนไปกินข้าว ไม่หน้าบึ้ง ถ้ามีโอกาสจะไปอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

Overall the villa is huge and great for large groups but maintenance needs to be improved.

For the villa we stay now, the swimming pool filtration system is NOT working (I think the machine is malfunction), and the pool water is dirty, and one of the shower rooms does not have hot water!!

This resort is beautiful, the Villa that I was in was perfect, I really enjoyed staying there. I can’t say much about other things as I only stayed there for one night and didn’t leave the Villa the whole time I was there. But it seems like it is further away from things, so If you’re looking for relaxation, I’d suggest you look into this resort. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Made sure that all my needs were met and I felt comfortable.

Overall, everything is great.

If you're looking for a cheap and clean place to stay, this would be your choice. Overall, the pictures on the website were a bit misleading. The pool is not as nice as the ones in the pictures. The location is just so so. It's 30 mins away from airport, which is far away from everything though. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and tooth paste, cuz they don't provide any.

So many ants in our room upon arrival, we requested to change villas only to discover more ants. The location is far from many popular destinations. Too expensive for the trouble would not recommend

If you don't look closely, everything seems fine. But it doesn't smell clean, I would like it to be better. It's good that there are many minimarkets nearby. The breakfast is average. But it's good that it's there. Overall, it's not bad for a few days. The area around the pool is not cleaned.

A very very bad resort. The service attitude is very bad. The staff who clean the room have to be urged every day and their faces are very ugly. The shower water and drinking water are completely yellow. The whole room is full of mosquitoes. The door is full of gaps and is not safe at all. The shower water pressure was super low and there was no hot water. After urging the staff for two days, it was still not completely completed. The pool water was not clean at all. A very very bad resort 😡😡😡😡😡   

The location of the hotel is poor, the surrounding area is full of residential buildings The hygienic environment in the hotel is poor, the pillows and quilts are stained! Poor sound insulation The toilet is not clean and the water supply is not enough Breakfast food is okay, lots of choices

I'll stay here next time.
