The location is very good, just five or six minutes walk to Jiangxi Leng, and there is a 7-11 and TOPS daily across the street. It is very quiet in the alley. The boss is very friendly, the shower is a filter nozzle, and there is a laundry and a small restaurant next to it. If you can't find it by taxi, you can locate the location in the picture, which is opposite the alley.

Sino House Patong ( not to be confused or might not be related to Sino House in Phuket Town which we have stayed before and could be priced higher for its better look more like a hotel) looks more like a conserved inn with 3 levels of guesthouse rooms ;
our room was homely decorated ( could see effort taken to beautify the room). No lift? No problem because you could get help for bringing luggage upstairs.
Take the 40 baht public transport (see last photo - blue, long "song thiew" between Phuket Town and Patong.

The hotel is located in Patong Beach Alley 2, about 400-500 meters to the right of the main entrance of Jungceylon Shopping Center. Patong Beach is across the bar street. The boss is Chinese, communication is very convenient, service is very enthusiastic, usually wait for guests to check in before going to rest, it is quite hard, and will also give guests some travel suggestions. The hotel is not big, but the environment is OK, the price is very affordable, I will stay at his house again when I come to Phuket next year!
