Well-located hotel, close to La Laguna with its restaurants and shops.
The hotel is functional, with spacious, well-equipped rooms and shower rooms.
The rooftop pool is pleasant for sunbathing.

I think for a 4 Star hotel it’s ok but a bit pricey. The pool is pretty but the area around the hotel looks very unpleasant. I think non-western hotels in Thailand are most often more affordable, offer better service and attract more bearable guests.
