Mijn verblijf bij Phuket Cleanse was absoluut onvergetelijk en meer dan 5 sterren waard! Vanaf het moment dat ik arriveerde, voelde ik me welkom en in goede handen. De locatie is prachtig en de sfeer is erg ontspannend, wat perfect is voor een retreat. Het vegetarische eten was uitmuntend! Elke maaltijd was een smaakexplosie en met zoveel zorg bereid. Het aanbod varieerde elke dag en ik heb genoten van de gezonde, voedzame gerechten die ook nog eens heerlijk waren. Wat ik ook geweldig vond, was de mogelijkheid om mijn activiteiten en lessen zelf te plannen via de persoonlijke app. Dit gaf me de vrijheid om mijn eigen ritme aan te houden en te kiezen wat het beste bij mij paste. Of het nu ging om yoga, meditatie of verschillende workshops, er was voor ieder wat wils. Het feit dat 'all inclusive' ook echt all inclusive is, maakte mijn verblijf zeer relaxed. Ik had nergens omkijken naar en kon me volledig richten op mijn welzijn en zelfontwikkeling. Al met al was mijn ervaring bij Phuket Cleanse een onvergetelijk retreat. Ik kan het van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een bijzondere en verfrissende ervaring in Thailand. Bedankt Phuket Cleanse voor deze geweldige tijd!

Just the very very best. Been here before and the second trip did not disappoint. Beautiful humans, hosts, staff, guests. Its a communal place so is somewhere you eat together, hike together, share classes together and in some of the villas, you are sharing communal areas together and pools. This is the secret of the place but you can also have 100% chill out and alone time too. Food is to die for - the best, freshest and most tasty food on the island and is so HEALTHY. Everything you eat is delicious and filling, but you also know you are putting good things inside you. You also get to choose each day what proteins you want, can ask for food to be adapted for your person needs, do juice detoxing. I had a ginger shot requested every morning with breakfast. Water bottles provide throughout the day so never needing to go buy plastic bottles of the stuff, daily laundry is a god send as you do sweat a lot. I stayed at Haley house this time and the room was perfect, modern and very relaxing with a fab bed, and private pool which I swam in every day. The classes, talks and activities are also the reason for coming here. You can of course go off and do your own thing but you are paying for everything so utilise the house - yoga, meditation, beach walking with music, icebaths, sound healing, emotional detox classes on trauma, stress etc, lots of fitness classes including functional and strength training, spine and knee fit, deep stretching, aerial yoga, boxing and many other things. There are also onsite red light therapy, a fab sauna, floatation tank so is so easy to do these things every day too. And finally its the people, the wonderful and interesting humans you get to meet and know so well. It truly feels like family and I have made life long friendships from these stays at PC. Do a week or 2 weeks here. You wont regret it. Stanton and team - love you all and see you again soon.

January 2025 My partner & I were luckily enough to discover PC randomly by chance online and what a find it was, a real gem, the memories treasured in our hearts forever ❤️ We booked 3 weeks and can not wait to return in December 2025. As I said this was our first stay and I am going to struggle to put into words how mind blowingly amazing our whole experience was. What PC offers is absolutely and undeniable unique. We totally fell in love with everyone we had the pleasure to meet, staff & cleansers. Our room was rustic, perfect for us, lots of space, house keeping came in everyday. I have a serious back condition and “Stanton” our now dear friend (one of the owners) ensured my mattress was suitable and comfy for our long stay as promises if it wasn’t comfortable and supportive he would find a mattress that was. House keeping laundered our clothes daily, after 3 weeks nothing missing and no issues, only positive praise. Always plenty of clean towels on room and around pool. The food was outstanding, fantastic chefs, kitchen and waiting staff serving us 3 healthy, balanced meals a day, stunning presentation, literally a tastetastic work of art, totally delicious and so much choice. At weekends I opted to follow the juice plan, I never felt hungry. The broth was warming and filling. We also had herbal teas, made to order fresh delicious smoothies and whole coconut to drink and keep hydrated. Included in the programme was 3 fabulous massages a week, such wonderful lovely massage ladies (I want to be adopted by Pom her heart is so big). The knowledgable, high level fitness team are just superb, what a fantastic, talented gang. So much respect for them✊ Adam- king of yoga and a deep understanding of anatomy, you’ll feel his commitment and his desire to help you on your journey to reaching your fitness goals. Darius-Trauma therapy, breathwork & Ice-bath coach, a gentle soul with a huge heart, he will support and guide to release what no longer serves you, allowing you to embrace a more authentic self and peaceful future. Greg- beach breathwork/silent disco- “Total Rock Dj” he’ll raise your vibe and get you seeing all the colours life has to offer, connecting with your inner child and all the wonders the natural world has to offer. Josh and his special gift for his fire cacao ceremony. You’ll be lost in the vibration of his gong bath & sound baths. We were so grateful to share the experience of 2 beautiful ceremonies. He also takes the art sessions and before you know it you’re creating master pieces of your very own. Words cannot really describe this oasis, but I shall do my best. A paradise like no other. A sanctuary for the body and mind, run by a team of kind and gifted people. A perfect synergy of rest, high energy activity and soul nourishing pursuits in a non pressured hideaway. Greg’s breath work sessions and music were powerful / transformational - and I only really dipped in! The Kundalini yoga with Josh invigorated the body and mind, working so well with the ice bath. Oh the ice bath I never anticipated I could hack (!)! and in fact love it, feeling so energised. Dariush’ kind guidance around the breath work to facilitate the ice gave me such confidence. The juices, food and guidance around these were exemplary, thanks to Mel who was always there to guide in a tailor made sensitive way. Stanton (and his cats) hosted like no other. He also makes the best peanut / pumpkin seed butter in the world. I could go on, but in conclusion, a life changing break I had the honour of experiencing PC, thank you for bringing such joy. Phuket Cleanse is a special paradise that will change your life. Melanie and Stanton are the brilliant creators who are also delightful hands on hosts, making sure you have everything you need to rejuvenate, relax and reset. Every detail of this experience has been thoughtfully and artfully curated from the amazing recipes, state of the art facilities, to the epic activities guided by a caring and attentive staff of experts. My favorite part is that they’ve designed it to feel like you’re coming home and that’s exactly how it felt, with most guests returning for multiple visits. I especially loved the breath work classes, the massages, the quantum jumping beach walks and ocean swims led by Mel, the herbal steam room and infrared sauna, the ice bath, the boat ride to Coral Island, the yoga, Big Buddha hike, the awesome guests from around the world who I got to know better at the community meals, Fundi and Tor, and the cute cats roaming the property—especially my buddy Slabby. In short: Phuket Cleanse is absolutely fantastic and you should definitely book your trip immediately. I miss it already and I can’t wait to go back.

If you are looking for a shift in mind, body and spirit look no further than Phuket Cleanse. A truely transformative experience involving a broad range of activities, all beginner and advanced friendly. Absolutely divine vegan food, strength training, cardio, breath work, ice baths, herbal steam room, infra red etc. Lovely staff, divine hosts. Wonderful experience! Highly recommend.

I came to Phuket Cleanse because of the rave reviews, and I’ll be returning for the incredibly life-changing experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for — like part of a family. The love and dedication of Melanie and Stanton are evident in everything they do, making each guest’s experience truly personal and fulfilling. I arrived depleted, needing a reset for my mind, body, and soul, and Phuket Cleanse delivered in every way. The food is not only healthy and nutritious but shared with guests from all over the world, all striving to be the best versions of themselves. The trainers, wellness experts, and staff, from housekeeping to the kitchen, all contributed to bringing out the highest version of me. The experience was mind-blowing — from the breathwork that expanded my consciousness to the physical challenges and healing therapies, everything worked together to restore and rejuvenate me. I came solo but left with deep, meaningful relationships. This place is so much more than a wellness retreat; it’s a transformative journey for the mind, body, and soul.
