Phuket Cleanse Fitness & Health Retreat

January 2025 My partner & I were luckily enough to discover PC randomly by chance online and what a find it was, a real gem, the memories treasured in our hearts forever ❤️ We booked 3 weeks and can not wait to return in December 2025. As I said this was our first stay and I am going to struggle to put into words how mind blowingly amazing our whole experience was. What PC offers is absolutely and undeniable unique. We totally fell in love with everyone we had the pleasure to meet, staff & cleansers. Our room was rustic, perfect for us, lots of space, house keeping came in everyday. I have a serious back condition and “Stanton” our now dear friend (one of the owners) ensured my mattress was suitable and comfy for our long stay as promises if it wasn’t comfortable and supportive he would find a mattress that was. House keeping laundered our clothes daily, after 3 weeks nothing missing and no issues, only positive praise. Always plenty of clean towels on room and around pool. The food was outstanding, fantastic chefs, kitchen and waiting staff serving us 3 healthy, balanced meals a day, stunning presentation, literally a tastetastic work of art, totally delicious and so much choice. At weekends I opted to follow the juice plan, I never felt hungry. The broth was warming and filling. We also had herbal teas, made to order fresh delicious smoothies and whole coconut to drink and keep hydrated. Included in the programme was 3 fabulous massages a week, such wonderful lovely massage ladies (I want to be adopted by Pom 🥰 her heart is so big). The knowledgable, high level fitness team are just superb, what a fantastic, talented gang. So much respect for them✊ Adam- king of yoga and a deep understanding of anatomy, you’ll feel his commitment and his desire to help you on your journey to reaching your fitness goals. Darius-Trauma therapy, breathwork & Ice-bath coach, a gentle soul with a huge heart, he will support and guide to release what no longer serves you, allowing you to embrace a more authentic self and peaceful future. Greg- beach breathwork/silent disco- “Total Rock Dj” he’ll raise your vibe and get you seeing all the colours life has to offer, connecting with your inner child and all the wonders the natural world has to offer. Josh and his special gift for his fire cacao ceremony. You’ll be lost in the vibration of his gong bath & sound baths. We were so grateful to share the experience of 2 beautiful ceremonies. He also takes the art sessions and before you know it you’re creating master pieces of your very own. Words cannot really describe this oasis, but I shall do my best. A paradise like no other. A sanctuary for the body and mind, run by a team of kind and gifted people. A perfect synergy of rest, high energy activity and soul nourishing pursuits in a non pressured hideaway. Greg’s breath work sessions and music were powerful / transformational - and I only really dipped in! The Kundalini yoga with Josh invigorated the body and mind, working so well with the ice bath. Oh the ice bath I never anticipated I could hack (!)! and in fact love it, feeling so energised. Dariush’ kind guidance around the breath work to facilitate the ice gave me such confidence. The juices, food and guidance around these were exemplary, thanks to Mel who was always there to guide in a tailor made sensitive way. Stanton (and his cats) hosted like no other. He also makes the best peanut / pumpkin seed butter in the world. I could go on, but in conclusion, a life changing break I had the honour of experiencing PC, thank you for bringing such joy. If you are looking for a shift in mind, body and spirit look no further than Phuket Cleanse. A truely transformative experience involving a broad range of activities, all beginner and advanced friendly. Absolutely divine vegan food, strength training, cardio, breath work, ice baths, herbal steam room, infra red etc. Lovely staff, divine hosts. Wonderful experience! Highly recommend.

Embracing love, connecting people, inspiring coach, meditating journey and of course delicious food! These were all I had at Phuket Cleanse! I believe this is how the universe operates The days in PC have so much to discover and explore whether physically or mentally. A nice place with peace to learn and to appreciate every little thing in life. Couldn’t ask for more, only gain more. No expectation, but beyond expectation! First time experience with sis just passed and I can’t wait for the next! Love it!❤️

As a five time “repeat offender” I can truly say that Phuket Cleanse is one of the best experiences I have ever had. This is coming from a very experienced traveller. Whether you are looking to improve your physical health, mental health, looking to relax or to meet some fascinating people, Phuket Cleanse is the place for you. There are many health retreats but I always go back to PC due to their holistic approach which covers all the bases. The location is great, the facilities are great, the courses are great, the team is great and the food is great but the real heartbeat of the operation are Melanie and Stanton who’s passion and drive really make PC what it is.
