I had a great stay at this hotel! All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, you felt welcome from the start. The quiet location is perfect for relaxing - ideal for escaping everyday life. I particularly liked the pool area: clean, well-maintained and a great atmosphere to switch off. Overall a first-class hotel that I can absolutely recommend

Small room comparing to similar space hotels. Need to walk down to beach and other required places. Bathroom is very funny for 4-star hotel, low maintenance. Sink is like a small bath with very short faucet, no word for toilet, please see the photo. Not white towels. Short blanket.
Breakfast can be better, less options.

The hotel is located slightly uphill and about 3 minutes walk from the main road. But the unique thing is there is a buggy shuttle service to ferry you to the main road and hotel. The hotel room is nice, a bit small but with all the amenities. It includes mini fridge, kettle, instant coffee, tea and also iron & iron board to iron your clothes! There is a small balcony too to sit down and chill. The breakfast buffet is halal with many varieties of food. There is also a free flow, soft serve ice cream! The service is also good. You just need to download their app and put up your request using the app such as request to clean room, clean towels, etc. Even to request for buggy ferry service. Overall, it is a good hotel to stay in and with good service!

The hotel is new, clean. The location is not very good. The rooms are small, there is no possibility to take an extra bed for a child. The breakfasts are poor, the same every day. I liked the view bar counters below the pool, it is nice to sit in the evening.

Waiting for the room for a very long time. Arrived at 1 pm, went for a walk and waited to return at 2 pm, still hadn't checked in. No staff came to inform me. Very confused. Had to sit and wait like that. In the end, got the room again at 3 pm.
Requested a single bed, got a double bed. No bathrobes. Called the staff and they said our room didn't have any. Annoyed. The room was several thousand. ;-;  But I like the bathroom with a big mirror. The light is beautiful. But there is no full-length mirror to look at. Breakfast is halal. Mainly Indian and Thai food. The noodles are delicious.  The location is considered good. Walk out to the Patong roundabout. But there are a lot of cars. Those who drive motorcycles must be careful. You have to walk to the hotel. It's like walking up a hill. You'll sweat.
Overall, it's not bad but not very good. If it's at this price, I don't think I'll go back.
