I can say that this is our best accommodation for all our visits to Phuket. But there is a huge BUT. This is a real minus for us. VERY bad internet in the room. Very. Just terrible. It is impossible to work (it does not handle video conferences) you have to come to the lobby, since the internet is much better there, and in the lobby the employees watch videos on their phones on speakerphone very, very loudly, so that you can hear them even through headphones. So that you can’t hear the person you are talking to, even taking into account the noise reduction function in my headphones turned off. Therefore, the issue with the internet STRONGLY marred our stay. To the question “how can I watch TV? You tube?” They told me: don't watch. Just watch TV or share your internet from your phone. Well guys, then DO NOT write in the description that there is Wi-Fi in the room. To get to the ideal place to live, you only need to set up Wi-Fi and ask the staff to watch movies and videos in headphones or at least not at full volume. Or at least in headphones when there are visitors in the lobby who might be bothered by it. I would not come to the lobby if there was normal Wi-Fi in the room
