We had an awesome stay at the resort for a couple of nights and truely enjoyed it. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and the room was comfy and well maintained. Those water slides are fun and an exciting addition. The resort is conveniently located close to the beach and there are lots of shops and eateries within short walking distance. Lots to choose from at the buffet breakfast that will keep you tummy very happy.
Highly recommended.

Really a huge resort and it offers some limited parking spaces for guest. Receptionist will provide the opening hours for its breakfast session, swimming pool and the slides! Really enjoy the facilities and my time here!

The resort is big, very well decorated and arranged, clean, with lots of amenities like a few big swimming pools with slides, huge kids room, there are a few restaurants in the hotel. The rooms are very big with a balcony. Was spacious enough even with the extra bed for our daughter. Breakfast has a great variety, only cheese missing. Perfect location, close to Kata market, laundromat, and the beautiful beach.
מלון גדול, מעוצב יפהפה, מאורגן, מסודר ונקי, חדרים גדולים ומרווחים עם מרפסת, יש בריכות גדולות עם מגלשות מים, תמיד היה מקום לשבת ליד הבריכה. כל יום ניקו וסידרו לנו את החדר והחליפו לנו מגבות. הארוחת בוקר טעימה אבל מאוד חסר גבינות. מיקום מצוין קרוב לחוף קאטה, יש כל מיני שווקים קרובים עם אוכל ובגדים למכירה, סבן אלאוון במרחק 4 דקות הליכה, מכבסה ממש צמוד למלון עם מחירים מעולים. בקיצור ממליצה מאוד.

Was a great location, a hotel with so much potential. Staff friendliness was lacking. One thing that I am a little disappointed in is the omission of the pool opening and closing times from their bookings fine print - only open from 8am - 7pm and it is highly emphasized that if you’re found in the pool outside of these times a fine of 5000 Thai Baht will be imposed. (We’re on holiday, and want to enjoy the holiday) other than that it was a pleasant stay.

The Pamookkoo resort was an absolute pleasure to stay at! The 3 waterslides and massive pool is a great addition to this resort, and the restaurant served great food with lots of options to choose from. The breakfast buffet was absolutely massive with lots of choice! The staff were friendly and helpful! The gym was a great size with lots of equipment! And our room was so luxurious with a great sized bed and walk-in shower! The balcony was also a great addition to the room, plus the AC and hot water was great! The resort is in such a good location- in walking distance to countless bars and restaurants and also the night market. The beach is also a very short drive away. Overall our stay at Pamookoo resort was amazing and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Pamookkoo Resort. The **swimming pool area is fantastic** — large, clean, and includes a fun **water slide and kids’ play zone** that our child absolutely loved. The **room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable**, and the **staff were friendly and welcoming**, especially the manager who greeted us warmly upon arrival.
The **location is close to Kata Beach** (about a 7–8 minute walk), though the hotel itself doesn’t have a sea view. The **buffet breakfast was good**, but the menu was the same on both mornings of our stay.
There’s **no halal meat option in the hotel restaurant**, but **halal food is easily available just outside the hotel**, only 2–3 minutes’ walk away.
Overall, it’s a great family resort with excellent facilities, especially for kids — we truly **enjoyed the pool area and relaxing atmosphere**. Highly recommended for families visiting Kata Beach.

Overall experience was fantastic. There were too many birds flying around the dining area in the morning might lead to potential hygiene issue . Hopefully some improvement will be made in the near future.
