Nothing foreshadowed trouble, everything was fine in the photo, but upon arrival we saw the real picture!
The room has a very old renovation, old furniture, torn bed linen, mold in the bathroom, on the bed linen upon check-in we were met by cockroach feces, there is no Internet on the 7th floor, only in the lobby! We asked for help with an outlet, the administrator almost broke the charger and insulted trying to prove that he was right, no greeting, respect or subordination. They give out stale towels and torn bed linen, and the mattress is about the same as sleeping on logs.
I do not recommend staying, the photos do not correspond to reality, processed in Photoshop for this amount you can find much better!

We were there in February 2025. We chose the hotel based on reviews a couple of months ago, but after booking there were a lot of negative reviews. We were upset and thought we would have to look for another one upon arrival. But in fact, everything turned out to be quite good. The location is very convenient, 15 minutes to the beach, cafes, a market, 7/11, a shopping center and massage parlors are nearby. The rooms are not new, but quite comfortable. There was no noise at night (we lived on the 3rd floor). The water in the shower was only warm, you can wash yourself. The safe in the room did not work, they changed it the next day. The air conditioner worked quietly. There were no animals in the room. The pool is on the roof. The hotel has a small parking lot for a bike. They take a deposit of 1000 baht, they returned it upon check-out. In general, if you just want to spend the night and leave your things, the hotel is normal.

This was a terrible & smelly hotel. I checked in on 12th February & was given a room and later immediately checked out as it was horrible. Although the location was good. I requested for a refund & was not obliged too.

The hotel service quality is average, the location is pretty good, it's quite convenient to go out and find food. The only downside is that there is a row of ** restaurants in front of the hotel, which are almost everywhere in Phuket. I don't recommend bringing children to Phuket.

Location is great with many eateries and restaurants nearby, across the street a night market street with good delicious food and many varieties of foods choices. Popluar Bangla Street and malls walking distance. Rooms are not to expectation with cockroaches crawling around on table and windows, bed frame are dirty, wall power sockets are faulty. Do not take the pictures posted online as it is.. Is way too different. Avoid this hotel stay if cleanliness is your concerns.
