Marina Phuket Resort

I was very satisfied. The hotel is located in a large natural jungle with a good ecological environment. Although it is in the dense jungle, there are no flying insects or mosquitoes at night. You may occasionally see a small gecko in the room, but it will hide from people. The room is independent and private. The staff is very nice and clean the room every day. It is very clean and reliable. There is a swimming pool inside the hotel. The water is very clean. The staff clears the fallen leaves and small branches in the pool every day, so you can swim safely. The hotel also has a rock restaurant with sea views. The food is delicious and the scenery is beautiful. The hotel is also close to the beach. The water is clear and the beach is clean with fine sand. I saw lizards in the hotel's public areas, but those who are sensitive to cold-blooded animals should be careful. I didn't notice any of them. It felt quite natural. Overall, it was a great experience. It has everything you need, complete facilities, good decoration, convenient and clean, and the service is attentive. I will consider staying here next time I visit Phuket.

這個酒店有白蟻！！！注意是白蟻不是螞蟻！換了兩個房間都是有白蟻，夜晚都是爬到枕頭上來。在我洗臉毛巾上產*！退房的時候各種甩所有物品，今晚回到家排查發現還是帶回來一衹！崩潰！攜程幫我處理了，賠了360塊錢。酒店的態度就是不知道不處理，害人害己！退房後我去了蘇林酒店，特別乾淨且酒店維護特別好！希望沒有把白蟻帶到蘇林！

設施：稍微陳舊，但都夠用，空調很足，晚上會有點冷。 衞生：能接受，熱帶叢林酒店，偶爾會看到小蟲子，無傷大雅。 環境：無敵環境，雖然不是海景房，但是叢林裏的獨棟房子，後門就是懸崖餐廳和卡倫海灘，位置優越。 服務：熱情親切，每天房間帶有早餐晚餐，味道很好很划算。唯一不舒服的是退房的時候工作人員就站在門口，數次催促打掃。

Every day when they saw any staff, they would greet them warmly and handle any help they needed in a timely manner. The hotel's breakfast and dinner were very delicious and rich in variety. It was a great stay experience!
