The speedboat was packed with people, some had nowhere to sit.
Upon arrival on the island - a huge queue for registration and waiting for suitcases for 1.5 hours!!
We were traveling with a small child and his things were in the suitcase, so it was impossible to even feed and change the child.
Why the suitcases sailed separately and for so long is a mystery. The answer to all questions was one: 5 minutes.
Hanging around at the reception for 2 hours ruined the whole impression of the holiday. Everyone was angry and upset. Not to mention couples with children. They didn't even offer water.
The water in the pool by the sea was not clean.
For such a price, the hotel next door on the same island is a million times cooler!
The children's park was not working, which could have been warned, because when we chose the hotel - this was the decisive factor - convenience with a child. They do not have a children's room. That is, if it's raining or hot (which is 99% of the time in Thailand), then there's nothing to do with a child.
We were with a small child and a very elderly lady, and it was simply impossible to wait for a car to and from the room!
The sea is dirty, shallow.
The room was not cozy, a cold concrete floor, no carpets, the dressing room was very uncomfortable. The taste of the "drinking" water in the room was disgusting, as if it were taken from the toilet. It smells like chlorine. The smell in the room was also bad, mold or damp. We all had stuffy noses, the little one was sneezing.
There were some white balls in the pool with a slide, either powder or other chemicals.
But of course there was good:
The breakfast was good, the other pools were clean, the outdoor playground was of excellent quality. The air conditioner in the room was very conveniently located, it didn't blow in your face. Beautiful area, very fresh, quiet.
For such money it is simply absurd! The service is just 2 stars, no more. We had previously stayed in a neighboring hotel and the service was ten times better.
