I've never stayed in a room so satisfying! The female manager was very welcoming and offered to change me to a girls' room. She also helped with my luggage. It had a water heater, a refrigerator, and mineral water. It was very clean and tidy, exactly the standard of a star hotel. It was a surprise beyond my expectations!

clean and very nice hotel. Close to the CBD, and easy to get around.
Host is very friendly, provide welcome drink upon check in.
Only downside is amenties, consider the price paid (~80 USD per night), no soap, no toothbrush, no body lotion, also the Shower head hanger in my room is broken. Amenities standard is more like a hostel than a hotel.

The location is very good, there are many restaurants around, and it is close to the ancient town. It is clean and sanitary, and the service is also very good. There is Godo Coffee next to it, and the Thai tea pudding is delicious. Above the coffee shop is a bar restaurant with resident singers. Opposite is a breakfast porridge shop, which tastes good. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not good, the sound of cars on the road is obvious, and there is a resident singer in the bar until 11 o'clock in the evening. It is better to close all the windows, but it still affects people with light sleep. The air conditioner is also loud. Everything else is good. It is very comfortable to sit in the living room on the second floor

The location is great, right in the heart of the city. It is walkable to Phuket old town and lots of famous restaurants. The parking is always available. The staff is super helpful and attentive. The room is lovely and clean. The house itself is beautifully decorated with nostalgic stuffs in a chic and modern Sino style. We stayed in a superior room on the second floor for 3 nights. It does not come with an elevator, though. Also, on the second night, there was quite a loud live music playing til almost midnight, but maybe this is only for New Year party. Overall, we’re very impressed and will definitely come back.

There were no toiletries, there were no attendant whole night. It was a scary experience and the breakfast was not upto the mark
