The overall feeling is very good. This hotel fully met my needs. The room was clean and the air conditioning was cold enough, which are the basic requirements. Most importantly the shower had enough water pressure without being a sluggish run and a very good hair dryer which was very lady friendly. The staff's service is more like a butler's, able to communicate one-on-one, care about our needs and arrange check-in and check-out times. Although it does not provide 24-hour service like other hotels, you can contact them via WhatsApp and the response is very fast. I am especially grateful to this hotel in Phuket because I requested a late check-out and the manager quickly arranged a later departure time for us so that we could take our time to pack our luggage. The only thing to note is that this hotel does not have an elevator. Although the staff will help with luggage, it is a bit lacking for a hotel. The hotel is located just opposite the Sunset Restaurant. At sunset, there will be a lively market below with many delicious foods to choose from. But be aware that there may not be parking spaces. 

The room is on a remote mountain. There is only this hotel up there. There is no restaurant or convenience store. The swimming pool is a children's swimming area. You will feel purified after staying for a night, but you can check in at the cliff cafe. The scenery you see is similar. Because the cost performance is not high, those who are afraid of animal calls at night should not consider it. After all, there are many strange noises on the mountain at night. If you come back late, it will be difficult to find the road. Choose carefully.

We had a wonderful stay! It was a 2-bedroom hotel with a shower and toilet in each room. The rooms were very spacious and the balconies were also large, with a great view of the ocean and a wonderful sense of openness. The rooms were also clean! Maybe because it's on top of a mountain, it was well ventilated and felt cool. You can also spend a relaxing time by the pool while looking out at the beautiful ocean. There is no restaurant, so you will need to take a taxi or rent a car. Next time I'd like to stay longer! I want to go back soon!

The room is a little damp and far from the coast, which makes it a little inconvenient to travel. The environment and decoration are very good.

To be honest, the hotel experience was not good. Although the manager and the housekeeper tried their best to deal with a series of problems, the overall feeling was still very bad. First of all, it was quite humid living on the lowest floor. There were crawling bugs on the toilet floor and the floor beside the bed, which made me and my child, who were afraid of bugs, very anxious. Secondly, the air conditioner was very loud. It was still very noisy even when it was adjusted to the lowest wind speed. Because the air conditioner was cold and the wind speed was high, I wanted to ask for an extra quilt on the first night, but the storage room was locked by the cleaning staff. The housekeeper didn't have the key and couldn't get it, so he could only cover it with a bath towel at night. Then there was a strong smell in the room, like a freshener sprayed to cover the anti-odor of the sewer. Our friends who lived upstairs didn't have such a strong smell. The children kept saying that the room was smelly and didn't want to stay in our room. The manager and the housekeeper came and said there was no smell, but even our friends upstairs said that the smell was so strong that it affected their living. In addition, there were always two dogs lying at the door of our room. One dog even jumped on our friend, which scared all of us. After staying for two days, the two dogs still appeared in front of our door from time to time. The housekeeper said that the dogs came from next door and they could not lock it. They could only drive them away every 10 minutes. However, we still saw the dogs guarding the door several times when we opened the door for two days and did not dare to go out. We had to observe and avoid the two dogs every time we went out. Although I knew that the housekeepers were different during the day and night when I checked in, I needed to contact them separately. The hotel only had cleaning staff during the day. I understand that there are not many rooms in the hotel and management may not need so many people, but I didn't expect to encounter so many problems in two days (our friend's room upstairs did not encounter any problems, maybe we were unlucky). Although the manager and the housekeeper were trying to solve the problem (provided to adjust the excessive water pressure and tried their best to adjust the air conditioning wind direction), many situations were superimposed together, which made me anxious and helpless. Overall, if you like absolute privacy, you can consider this place. The room is large and quiet, and the view is good. However, the transportation is inconvenient. There is a very steep downhill section. The seaside at the foot of the mountain is not a beach, so you can't play. You need to go to other farther beaches to play. If you are taking your elders and children to the beach to play, and you need to eat on time, it is better to stay in a hotel near the beach...
