Wonderful boutique hotel. Just a short stroll from the beautiful beach. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment with a plunge pool and lived every minute of it. Felt so sad leaving. The hotel has a huge pool that my children enjoyed using in addition to the plunge pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and there isn't a single thing I needed that wasn't already here. I cooked a few times, which I wouldn't have done, had the kitchen not been so well equipped. A team of cleaners come in and clean the apartment so well and so quickly. Beach towels are provided for use in the outside area and are replaced daily.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and our stay was wonderful. The hotel and staff are so welcoming and everyone is incredibly helpful. They even helped us book a boat tour on short notice. The apartment was beautiful, has a well equipped kitchen (but we hardly used it) and we really enjoyed the balcony. The reception area and the restaurant are all outside and are beautifully landscaped and are basically contiguous with the pool. We only ate breakfast and had cocktails there, but it was very good and they had both Western and Thai options. It is a short walk to Surin beach with all of its vendor stalls. All in all, it was a great stay and I definitely hope to be back

This property was clean for the most part. I would go back if I needed to. There was a weird smell in one of the bathrooms and the beds are really hard. Not comfortable at all. However the service was great. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The little food they did have on the menu was really good. Would have preferred more options but all in all a good property for families. The area is okay. On the slower side and lots of food nearby, walking distance. That was great

The apartment is ok, not luxurious, standard European level, beds seemed very firm when i checked them but avoid if you are mold sensitive. After being in the apartment for a couple of hours my girlfriend began getting asthma attacks, she is very mold sensitive from being exposed at work so we knew immediately what it was and had to leave in order not to ruin the vacation. We booked a hotel down the street for one night and left for another hotel that hade openings for our duration, the asthma got better immediately that day and the next. We tried to recover parts of our payment but they refused and said that they had tried to contact us to resolve the issue but we never received any mail or sms even though that information was left at the check in.

Very charming hotel 5mins walk to Surin Beach
The hotel is very pleasant. Everyone was very welcoming and we loved the pool area the most. Its 5 min walk to Surin Beach; very nice sandy beach. Prices are a little over the roof but thats the only negative thing I would say. Overall I would come back definitely!

I stayed in Chava for 2 months and I loved it - it's a great location and when I stayed the staff were very friendly. I got to know a lot of the people who were staying there long term, and now they tell me that he new manager called Terence has been stopping their young kids from swimming in the pool (where they have been having swimming lessons), complaining about the kids' behaviour (which is never bad, they dont splash around, they just play hide and seek) and generally being rude to both the kids and the parents, and these people have been staying there for 2 years with no problems before this manager came along. I was going to go back and stay there but now while this manager is there as he has spoilt the whole vibe of the place which used to be good

Friendly staff, nice design, good food. Staff are friendly, the foods are yummy. Comfortable bed I love it and sure will go again . My stay was very enjoyable. My room was large and it made movement within the room very convenient. The bed was large and very comfortable and I like the colour and the decor in the room

This experience is really good！ The hotel's internal environment is very comfortable .Service attitude is very comfortable. Very well equipped. Ideal for business trips as well as travel and sightseeing. Highly recommended to stay.
