The hotel has a great location, cafes, shops, and a pharmacy nearby. Breakfasts are varied. The beach is very close. Well-kept grounds. The room is in good condition.

Location is perfect, it has a back door short cut to the Kata beach. Kata night market is just opposite, we could purchase and food and bring in hotel room to eat in aircon.
The water is clean (I brought my own shower filter and it shows the water is clean enough).
The pools are fun and big enough. Breakfast has huge variety and tasty.
Staffs are friendly and smiley.
The downsides were… We reserved twin beds, but were given 2 single beds joined together with a king size bedsheet.
And also the sockets are not working well, we need to plug in a certain angle or position for all 3 sockets in the room (1537)

The room was very average, about the standard of a domestic express hotel. It's not a big hotel, close to Kata Night Market, and a five-minute walk from the back door to the beach. I don't know if it was because I booked through Ctrip, but the room I was given was terrible, the last one on the second floor. When I asked, they said there were no other rooms. This hotel is definitely not quiet, no matter which room type you stay in, as motorbikes in Phuket are incredibly fast, and it faces the street. I really don't recommend it for light sleepers.

After choosing many hotels, I finally chose OZO and stayed there for 3 days. There are almost no disadvantages except that the room is a little small!
The location is very convenient! The service is very good, warm and professional. The breakfast is western style, the taste is good, and there is a children's area.

This time opted for a suite, the only thing I felt was too big for the closet, other conveniences were quite good
The room uses electricity not using the electricity card, presumably to sense if there is anyone in the room, so after people leave the air conditioner will turn off on its own, come back to turn on for a while to cool down, this is not very good
And for some reason the room air conditioner is not very cool, to turn on all night it cools, but the living room air conditioner is on for half an hour is ok
Pool facilities are fun
Breakfast is quite good
The whole environment is quite nice
It is recommended not to stay in a pool view room because the hotel has its own river, which is a bit smelly and the water is gray
There is a 7-eleven right down the road, and there is a kata night market next door
