Great location - walkable distance to Central Phuket Mall. Very near to Phuket old town. Cleanliness can be better. Very basic stuff provided - towel, shower cap, shampoo and shower foam. No bedroom slippers.

Bed linen, towels are worn out, everything is stained, the sofa in the deluxe is dead and stained, it seems it has never been vacuumed or wiped.
breakfasts are not provided (there is only a microwave on the first floor), there are no scales for weighing luggage, there are no nearby shops either.
Overall, only spend a couple of nights and move on.
