The hotel is located near a very busy road. Keep this in mind when booking, as the soundproofing is very poor, sleeping will be very uncomfortable. We changed the room with a view of the pool, the staff resolved this issue without any problems. Overall, the hotel is acceptable, the rooms are spacious. We stayed here more than once, but this time we were not very lucky. The condition of the mattress by the bed is terrible. It is saggy, you just sleep in a hole. The sheet is torn at the edges. The air conditioners are noisy, but they work fine. The hotel has a swimming pool, we did not use it - the cleanliness is questionable. The hotel has a self-service laundry, it is super convenient. There is a balcony with a clothes dryer.

Don't choose this hotel when choosing a hotel. I came to take a diving test and booked it to be closer to the pier. I didn't expect the experience to be quite bad. This hotel is right next to the road, and the sound insulation is particularly poor. The passing vehicles are so loud that I can't sleep. In addition, no one answered the phone before departure. I asked Ctrip to negotiate for a paid airport pick-up, but they actually sent them a confirmation letter. When the plane arrived, there was no one in sight. After arriving, they couldn't find my order. They said something was wrong and asked me to wait. I had to buy some food at the 711 next door, and then I came back to arrange the room. The most annoying thing is that because I was going to dive, I put a gold bracelet on my hand and a commemorative silver necklace on my neck in a small bag and put it on the bedside table on my left where I was charging. I went to dive for the last time on the morning of the 10th, and I agreed to come back at 7 pm. At this time, the person who cleaned the room should have picked up a small bag of mine, but when I returned to the store at 7 o'clock, the front desk didn't tell me. When I checked into a hotel near the airport, I found out the next day that I had forgotten my small bag at the hotel, so I asked Ctrip to contact them for me. They just kept saying they hadn't seen it. I wanted to call the police, but the procedures were complicated and time-consuming, so I had to bear the loss myself. I want to remind everyone that you should never stay at a hotel that is not clean. No matter what the reason, it is the hotel's responsibility if the interests of customers are infringed. However, this hotel seemed irresponsible from the beginning. I booked a hotel for four days, but when I arrived, they said it was wrong. The existence of such an irresponsible hotel is a mistake. The platform should not allow such a bad hotel to exist, so as not to hurt more people. Bracelets and necklaces are not worth much, but they are a friend's thought and a commemoration of my pet. Such harm cannot be compensated by money. I hope the relevant platform will take responsibility, continue to investigate the matter, and give customers an explanation.
