The next day at 12:30, I left the previous hotel and took a taxi for 248, which took an hour and a half to Naihan. A girl at the front desk said that my room was not booked successfully, and then I communicated with Ctrip until 4.30, when they said there was a room and checked me in! It was five o'clock! I finally checked in at five o'clock, which was equivalent to wasting most of my trip here! I was already very angry, but she gave me a room at the end of the corridor on the third floor. I asked the girl who helped me check in if there were other rooms, and she said there was another room on the first floor for you to choose! I had to stay on the third floor. I was really tired, in a bad mood and hungry. The takeaway I ordered arrived, so I asked her if she could help me take the takeaway to the room, because I was really tired. The corridor on the third floor felt like a long way to go back and forth for me at that time! As a result! She actually laughed at me and pouted! I had to complain to her immediately! I was so angry! Then the next morning, the rain was earth-shaking. I thought what happened, but it turned out that there were two rows of color steel houses next to the room at this end! The rain and wind attacked the color steel plates, and these sounds attacked me again! I wanted to cry but had no tears! The next day at noon, I checked out. The girl from the day before happened to be at the front desk. When she saw me, she glanced at me and ignored me! She also whispered something in Thai to her colleague! I couldn't bear it! The service of this hotel is really superficial! Zero points for the ability to handle problems! I waited for more than two hours at the front desk to check in, and no one asked or cared! But the scenery is beautiful! Such a beautiful scenery, there is such a service team that can't be on the table! What a pity.
